The first example of this came when Blackhawk had a server interruption emergency that happened in the middle of the night early on in Ericksen's time at Blackhawk.

He brought his own server from his house at 2 am in the morning, and we used that to get us back up until we could purchase a new server the next day. From that day forward I knew I could trust 42, Inc. with any situation that may arise."
